1.2 The flavors

Acetyl propionyl or acetone:
They are artificial flavor, with an odor described as "buttery, cheesy, sweet, nutty, fruity, creamy, caramel".
Inhalation of acetyl propionyl / acetoine causes trouble and dammage the lungs.
Vitamin E:
It's an oily chemical added to some THC vaping liquids to thicken or dilute them. They can be very harmful for the respiratory system.
