6 REASONS WHY DISPOSABLE POD SHOULD NOT BE YOUR FIRST CHOICE!

When we talk about disposable, we have to understand that it’s a pod that will be throw away after being used without the possibility to refill it or recharge it.

There are 2 kinds of “disposable vape”:

• The disposable pen: it’s a pod which is totally disposable, I mean that even the battery will be used only 1 time and is not rechargeable.

• The disposable pod: it’s a pod that have a rechargeable battery, but the cartridge is not refillable, once it’s empty, you have to throw the cartridge, get a new one and recharge the battery.

The question that we need to answer is: is this kind of device could be a good choice for you in your quit smoking journey?

To help in your decision making, let’s compare them to a rechargeable / refillable pod system!

1.MORE EXPENSIVE

Disposable pods are generally more expensive than rechargeable / refillable pod.

If we compare it to a rechargeable pod, the rechargeable is much cheaper in long run! So, if you wish to save your money disposable pod should not be your first choice!

2.LIMITED FLAVOR OPTIONS

Disposable pods have limited flavor choice. Beside the rechargeable / refillable pods can be used with your own favorite e-liquid, there are almost no limit in term of flavoring and level of nicotine!

3. NOT ECO FRIENDLY

Disposable pod is not eco-friendly. After the battery or the liquid are finished, you need to throw the whole part including the batteries. Of course, you don’t want to see all those extra wastes in our recycling “headache”, we already have a big challenge to handle this.

4. LESS FLAVOR & VAPOR PRODUCTION

Disposable pods have less flavor and vapor compared to the refillable pod!

5. LESS FEATURES

Disposable pods have limited features; you can get a similar rechargeable pod with a lot of features / option for the same price as a disposable pod!

6. NOT DURABLE

Disposable pod is not very durable compared to a rechargeable pod! Some of the disposable pods are broken even before the liquid is finished. Frustration will rise!

After checking the facts, you can easily decide what kind of device you will go with!

In my humble opinion, a disposable pod device is made to be used in the very short term; the quality of the material is lower. If you are looking for a device that you will use for a few days, a disposable pod could be an option.

But you need to be ready to pay more expensive and not concerned with the high waste level… On the other side, if you’re looking for a quality device with good flavor, better vapor production and more ecofriendly then you should go with a rechargeable/refillable pod system.

Most of the rechargeable/refillable pod systems also can last up to 6 months / 1 year if well maintained.
